I used my balance to add funds in my purchase balance and i rented a referral. The price was deduced from my purchase balance but a few days later, I don't receive the referral yet. When shall I receive it ?

I rented 7 referals but did not received them. Since 14th May 2024 all my rented referals are pending. The money for renting them were deducted from my account.
